Purchase Procedure

Shipping
The shipping service for items purchased from Nicolas Danila will be handled by an international courier company, which will deliver the items within a timeframe of 2 to 7 business days. This delay may be extended in certain countries if customs clearance is required.

We recommend sending the return via registered mail. Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by your order number. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for products they wish to exchange or return, and under no circumstances will Nicolas Danila accept returns sent with payment due on delivery.
After receiving the product(s), Nicolas Danila will check their condition and, if the customer has requested a return, will instruct the credit institution to refund the amount debited from the credit or payment card used by the customer for the purchase.
